An improvised day in Ceillac with Gas: deserted couloirs, endless powder, a lost ski and just enough messing around to miss the school pick-up!
Two highly motivated guys for this improvised trip to Ceillac and its breeding ground of couloirs! We start with a sunny climb that takes us absolutely nowhere near where we’d planned to go, but never mind — this looks pretty damn good too!
Gas decides the whole thing is far too easy and spices things up by losing a ski in the couloir, which takes us a little while to find again!!
Desperately alone with all these oceans of powder to track out, we bravely get on with the job! Climbing back up a long couloir and skiing it down again keeps us busy for a good part of the rest of the day — just enough to miss school pick-up, exactly as planned!
Disgraceful skiing parents, ready to trade their offspring for a handful of powder!
