Bruyère ridge

On the Bruyère ridge, Paul and Alain find everything they love: airy climbing, ibex and edelweiss, with the great peaks of the Écrins as our backdrop.

The jagged outline of the Bruyère ridge rises above grassy slopes in the Cerces massif.

Still with Alain and Paul, we head out from the valley for a lovely route: the Bruyère ridges in the Cerces massif.

Paul and Alain love the mountains in all their variety. A day of edelweiss, ibex and airy climbing, with the great Écrins peaks as our backdrop, gives all three of us plenty to enjoy!

Rébuffat knew what he was doing when he included these lovely ridges in his “100 Finest”!
